Current Issues Facing Women in Business

Assess the representation of women in various domains such as sports, politics, education, STEM fields, pink-collar jobs and managerial positions.  Key topics that you will cover in this course include: recognizing some of the challenge facing women in business; discussing the role that gender stereotypes play in creating challenges for women in business; identifying fields in which women are overrepresented and underrepresented and causes, and benefits of supporting women in positions of leadership.
