Introduction to Web Design

Learn the fundamental principles of visual design and user experience to build webpages that are aesthetically pleasing and intuitive to navigate.  Key topics that you will cover in this course include: differentiating between the internet and World Wide Web; describing the “mobile-first” approach to web design and comparing how different browsers, computers and mobile devices interact with the web; exploring various website layouts and identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each; and summarizing the process of publishing a website.
