Calling all filmmakers! Set blasters to fun, this year’s movie theme has us blasting off to save Earth on a space adventure.
This year’s script will focus on the classic serial space adventure filmmaking with the fun of composited backgrounds, crazy costumes, action camera moves and fun stunts.
- Practical, hands-on essentials in acting, directing, camera, lighting, sound, editing.
- Professional equipment & facilities – 2K-camera package; 5.1 sound mixing post-facility, outdoor filming as well as use of the spacious sound stage with sets and green screen.
- Work with professionals in the film industry
- Advanced storytelling skills in a creative team environment
This is a fully supervised overnight camp with evening activities designed around the interests of the group.
Red Deer Polytechnic no longer requires individuals to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or show proof of negative rapid test results in order to attend our overnight camps. At Red Deer Polytechnic, we are a highly vaccinated community and will continue to encourage people to receive vaccinations and boosters. This will help us all as we move to the future.
