The Business of Project Management course focuses on the strategic and business knowledge aspects of project management. Examine the role of the project manager in relation to the PMI Talent Triangle. Understand the relationship between Projects, Programs, and Portfolios in the context of Project Management. Recognize the concept of transformational change within an organization, and where project management plays a part. This course also identifies the benefits of a Project Management Office (PMO).

This course can also be taken as a stand-alone course or part of the Project Management Certificate.
