The Trauma-Informed Programming at RDP provides learning opportunities for front-line facing employees to recognize trauma and interact with Albertans in their workplace who have experienced trauma in a variety of settings. Front-line workers from across a variety of sectors including education, retail, social service, municipal government and health will develop their skills and awareness for trauma that support working creatively and collaboratively across settings, services and populations as part of their daily jobs. We recommend that the courses are taken in order.

*If you are taking this course as part of the Certificate we highly recommend taking it in the Certificate order presented, as the content builds on information from earlier courses.
