Skills for Employment

This 2-day training program will provide new hire participants from Eagle Builders, with an opportunity to enhance their people and technical skills, equipping them with practical skills to be successful in the workplace. In turn, increasing employee engagement and reducing employee turnover.
This training program will be offered prior to the 4-hour orientation that employees currently receive in-house, with the opportunity to ladder into further future training after this 2-day training, should the employee remain with the organization (such as conflict resolution, etc.).
