Resilience

An understanding of resilience and an awareness of how to foster it can contribute to trauma-informed practice as well as safer and healthier workplaces. This course will guide learners through the concept of resilience and help them to identify strategies that foster resilience. Learners will relate this understanding to empathy and compassion and develop skills to promote resilience in both themselves and others.
