Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for the MOA

Effective and professional communication skills are essential in the healthcare workplace.  This course will focus on effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as the soft interpersonal skills needed to function effectively in interactions with both patients and team members. Confidentiality, privacy, and conflict resolution will also be emphasized.
