Move & PLAY Workshop

Get kids moving! If you’re a parent, caregiver, teacher or health professional working with children ages 3 – 12, you can learn to promote fitness, self-esteem, and self-confidence through fun activities that are exciting to participate in. This interactive workshop supports the development of leaders through demonstrations, games and activities that link to physical literacy and FUNdamental Movement Skills.
