Legal Interviewing

Acquire tools to conduct legal interviews, in addition to developing the critical thinking skills and other techniques needed to gain the right information. Students will gain an understanding of the role of the Paralegal with regard to interviewing clients, witnesses, and understanding the social and interpersonal challenges of conducting an effective legal interview.
