In this course, you will revisit your EQ assessment and learn to identify the biases in your leadership style/operations. You will develop empathy as you learn and share the importance of differing perspectives, and how to incorporate diverse perspectives in building team, consensus, and goals. These perspectives will then be encouraged and included in making, modifying, and meeting the team goals. Transparency will also be reflected as you move through this process, together with reflecting on why Transparency is fundamental to Leadership. You will also reflect on this process and include your learning and conclusions in your Leadership Development Plan.
