Lead Like a Boss

In this course, you will begin the formal application of the leadership characteristic you have chosen to develop by modelling its usage in your personal and/or professional circumstances. You will learn, explore, and understand the importance of positive relationships in planning and problem-solving. You will apply more deeply the Action Centered Leadership Model (Adair) and the interconnectedness of task needs, team needs, and individual needs in the creative problem-solving process and reflect on your progress as a mentor.
