Lead from Within

In this course, you will explore fundamental schools of thought and principles of leadership. You will explore the meaning of these principles and establish the context and frames of reference for personal development.  From this point, you will create a personal inventory of your own leadership skills and determine which specific skill you wish to develop further. You will accomplish this by defining your “Why” as described by Simon Sinek and you will complete a Personal Leadership Development Plan which will allow you to set goals and track your progress.
