Leadership & Project Resource Management uses a case study to illustrate application of the key Project Management processes described in the PMBOK Guide - Sixth Edition. This course will also examine the core competencies of an effective leader; it will also allow you to discover your leadership style, and how to effectively apply it in project management. The Project Resource Management processes covered include Plan Resource Management, Acquire Project Team, Develop Project Team, Manage Project Team and Control Resources.
