Human Resources Management

Explore the framework for a successful Human Resources (HR) function in the seniors’ housing residence. The course introduces the HR tasks and clarifies the ways in which they are common to HR in any industry or organization, while also focusing on the ways in which these tasks are unique to the seniors' housing site.  This course is delivered online.  Participants will be given online instructions upon registration. Each week you will login into the virtual classroom at the assigned time.
