This course focuses on the strategic management of the seniors’ housing site. This perspective includes the legal,
political and ethical framework in which a seniors’ housing manager achieves the organization’s mission. Also included
are the general manager’s roles in forming an effective management team as well as an examination of the general
manager’s role in relation to the site’s Board of Directors, or other governing entity.This course is delivered online.
Participants will be given online instructions upon registration. Each week participants will login into the virtual
classroom at the assigned time.
