One of the many definitions of leadership is enabling a group to engage together in the process of developing, sharing and moving into vision, and then living it out. This definition promotes the idea that leadership focuses on moving an organization or a work group to a new, higher level of effectiveness, efficiency and/or workplace fulfillment. This course is delivered online. You will be given online instructions upon registration. Each week you will login into the virtual classroom at the assigned time.
