Bronze Casting - Two Week Course

This intensive, two-week lost wax bronze casting course is designed for artists of all experience levels to translate their ideas into bronze. This workshop requires students to arrive prepared to hit the ground running. Participants must bring either a wax sculpture, a prepared mold ready for casting, or a well-developed idea to work from. Through hands-on instruction in investment and the final pour, you will experience the technical infrastructure needed to realize your individual sculptural goals. Note: For safety, students must bring 100% natural fiber clothing (cotton/wool/etc.) and sturdy leather boots for the bronze casting days. No sandals in the studio. Steel toe boots can be provided.
