This course is designed for beginner to intermediate makers seeking to acquire advanced form-building skills through various hand-built techniques. Utilizing paper templates and soft slabs of clay, participants will create distinctive functional pieces, including pouring vessels and teapots. From initial clay sketches to finished greenware pieces, students will be guided through instructor led demonstrations to build, explore and play in clay, while maintaining an enjoyable learning experience.
