Foundations of Emotional Intelligence is an interactive and practical 8-hour workshop designed to help participants understand and develop the core skills of emotional intelligence (EQ). Using the EQ-i 2.0 model as a foundation, this course builds self-awareness, resilience, interpersonal effectiveness, and decision-making skills that directly impact workplace and personal success. Through assessments, group discussions, and individual coaching, participants will leave with a personalized EQ action plan they can apply immediately.
